Try and compete with what you have instead of spreading lie about your competitors. Dont know anything about kinaxis but SAP IBP have all capabilities which were mentioned as a lacking functionalities in the video.

Huh? IBP has an Excel addin as a user interface. What's she talking about?

As a prospective customer of SAP IBP & Kinais, I saw the demos of both solutions. SAP IBP has a web-browser based interface AND an Excel-based interface. Kinaxis is trying to market its own weakness of lacking an Excel-based interface as some strategic advantage in its design & weakness of SAP. Data related issues referred to are independent of any system (system agnostic). What If capabilities exist in SAP IBP & enable on-the-fly scenario planning with changes to ANY master & transaction data. This VDO is a downright lie & destroys credibility of Kinaxis for disinformation campaign it is engaging in. With outright lies about its opponent (SAP), I could not trust Kinaxis for any claims it makes about its own solutions !

Guys, I understand you are trying to downplay the competition, but please do some documentation before talking about what a tool can or can't do. Not only SAP IBP but almost any other planning tool have what-if scenarios capabilities!

You need to do a thorough analysis when you tend to talk in terms of technical aspects of an high end technology. SAP IBP does have What-if Scenario analysis as well as SAP IBP is not just excel!

It's amazing to see professionals think humanly and morally good after learning from the best, left Unilever to pharma industry, trying to "give back", . Very powerful and holistic statement: "Getting a drug to patient at the right time in the right way is most satisfying feeling that a supply chain person can have". I myself left unilver just like you sir to a medicla supply and pharma national procurement company, and it feels satisfying to be in this feild, especially in the current situation with COVID19.

The people in this video have obviously "0" hands-on experience with the solutions they are referring to. Lora, next time please whatever drawback or advantage you say, show directly in the systems. And maybe before, also talk to some consultant, who could explain you how the logic behind the UI works and what are all the functionalities on the toolbar! :) Thanks Jakub K.
